The Speedster Wheel is perfect for English Paper Piecing. Quickly and easily add a scant quarter to any applique or template by inserting a marking pencil in the wheel. Press on template while holding pencil straight up and roll along template to add a perfect scant quarter. Half the wheel can be used as a seam guide to measure for a scant quarter.
