Exquisite Water Soluble Topping by DIME is a plastic topping designed to enhance embroidery done on high pile fabrics. Use on the top side of fabrics such as terrycloth, velour, loosely knit pique, sweaters, corduroy, fleece, and velvet. Water Soluble Topping improves embroidery quality by preventing stitches from sinking into the pile of the fabric. Tear away the excess topping after the embroidery process. Then use a light mist of water to dissolve reamining topping and brush away the residue.
