This fabric is part of the On Freedom’s Wings line from Northcott. It is a blue blender fabric of light blue on shades of darker blue. Great for use with the Freedom panel of eagles flying in front of a snowy mountain that looks like an abstract American flag. This fabric matches the snow that is the abstract stars on the flag.
